Roof, Snow, and a LONG way to go!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and this New Year brings each of you health and happiness.  We have been busy both with our house and jobs.   Yes, I said JOBS!  Bec is now working part time with a great group called Sutherland Cardiology located just down the road from the new house and my job.  She is truly enjoying going to work and her new wardrobe of SCRUBS!  A lot has happened since our last post.  The exterior framing is complete, roof decking was laid and the felt applied.  Then, Minnesota followed us to Memphis - 1 inch! and ruined my blue suede shoes.  The snow is gone so the project lives on.  We have had to make a ton of decisions and there are numerous ones to come.  Here are a few pics of progress.

The dormers are in....

We got decked, check out the guy up top and the shadowy figure below is Bec..

What do you know, Snow!?!

Here is a little test.  In the snow can you find where to go?
(hint....where you whiz is part of the quiz)

As you may have heard the neighborhood is adjusting to the new kids on the block, but when they found out we had been living in MN prior to TN they knew exactly what to do with all the snow from the streets.  They said it was to make us feel at home, but I don't know......  Just kidding, that is a pile of sand for the fireplaces.

The house has eyes!  Lots of them.

Windows are in, well almost.

Coming soon to a computer near you.....

LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION
